maisonlxry is an online service (‘we’/‘our’/‘us’) provided solely for your personal use for the sale of clothing, footwear, accessories, and other Items.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make purchases on the site, you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals who meet the terms of eligibility.
3. MAKING A PURCHASE
When you order an Item from maisonlxry, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website. You place your order for Items from the Website by clicking on the Purchase Now button at the end of the online order process.
After placing your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference, and the value of your order. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from maisonlxry.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will occur when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the Items ordered by you.
Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date of sending the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.
We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered cannot be sourced, (ii) we identify a product or pricing error, or (iii) we identify a fraudulent purchase. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
We strive to keep our Website up-to-date, but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available.
4. HOW PAYLATER WORKS
Customers are required to make the first payment (25%) during the checkout process. This means they need to have sufficient funds in their account for the first transaction.
Repayment Date - Monthly
Installment Plan - (up to 6 monthly installments) or (up to 12 monthly installments)
After the full payment for the product, we will send you the chosen product with the Original Store Receipt.
maisonlxry allows orders to be processed online via Pay Later using a valid credit or debit card.
Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm the person making the order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We only take payment for an order after it has been processed. In the interim, we will take an authorization, which will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds allocated to your order. Funds will not be released until we have processed your order for shipment.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will immediately contact your bank to request a cancellation of the authorization. If the authorization still remains after several days, please contact your bank.
We also offer the option to fulfill your payment if you don’t want to wait for the scheduled date.
Any cancellation of the order in the middle of the payment process will result in us retaining the initial 25% payment made during checkout.
5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Once we send you the item and it's received, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. All items are thoroughly checked to ensure they are in perfect condition before dispatch. If you have any queries regarding sizing, please contact us before making a purchase.

In the rare event your order cannot be sourced and you didn't receive any item, an alternative or full refund will be offered.

6. DISCOUNT CODES
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us via email, WhatsApp, social media, or through promotional materials. However, discounts and codes only apply to those who are not in the VIP section and didn't purchase an authentic product.
We do not offer discounts on authentic items because they are available through the PAYLATER option, and we cannot change the value due to discounts.
Free shipping offers only apply to the entry-level delivery option. Only the delivery is free; any taxes, duties, or customs fees are chargeable.

Your request for services is accepted when we confirm orally by telephone or in writing via email or WhatsApp. The contract is formed based on our communication, any relevant documents, confirmations, invoices, and these terms and conditions.
We will notify you of any fees during the service request process. We may refuse service at our discretion. If we've begun working on your request, cancellation might not be possible, and you may still be required to pay some or all fees for the ordered products.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Your use of the Site grants no rights regarding copyright, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Content. Reproduction or redistribution of our content is prohibited and can result in civil and criminal penalties. Copying and using the materials listed for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.
